If you find lost items or documents on the Festival grounds, please bring them to the Lost & Found. You can also visit the Lost & Found if you lose something during the event.
For any questions, you can contact the Festival organizers, volunteers, or security staff.
A medical team will be available at the Festival. You can find the medical station by following the navigation signs or by asking security personnel.
While on the Festival grounds, all attendees must comply with the lawful instructions of law enforcement officers and the Festival’s security team.
We kindly ask you:
- Do not leave children unattended.
- Maintain public order and behave respectfully towards other attendees, participants, and those responsible for maintaining order.
- Avoid actions that may endanger others.
- Keep the area clean and dispose of waste only in designated containers.
The following are prohibited at the Festival:
- Bringing food items (except baby food).
- Bringing alcoholic beverages, beer, or other drinks (except baby water in sealed containers).
- Bringing products in glass or metal containers.
- Bringing thermoses and flasks.
- Bringing any type of weapon.
- Bringing sharp or cutting objects.
- Bringing flammable, pyrotechnic, or explosive substances.
- Bringing radioactive materials.
- Bringing extremist propaganda materials.
- Bringing large bags, bulky packages, suitcases, or any items that may interfere with other attendees or the safe conduct of the event.
- Bringing aerosol sprays (perfumes, deodorants, etc.).
- Bringing narcotic or psychotropic substances.
- Bringing medications.
- Bringing drones.
- Bringing laser devices or flashlights.
- Bringing musical instruments.
- Bringing umbrellas over 25 cm (10 inches) in length when folded.
- Using personal mobility devices (rollerblades, bicycles, scooters, electric scooters, skateboards, electric skateboards, hoverboards, Segways, unicycles, etc.)—except for individual wheelchairs.
- Consuming alcohol or being on the premises while intoxicated by alcohol or drugs.
- Smoking outside designated areas.
- Climbing on fences, parapets, lighting fixtures, trees, structural supports, or damaging equipment, decorations, or greenery.
- Tampering with equipment, machinery, or stage setups, or interfering with staff operations.
- Entering restricted areas (service rooms, backstage areas, etc.).
- Bringing animals onto the Festival grounds.
- Bringing selfie sticks or metal tripods. Plastic tripods are allowed.
Please note that violation of these rules may result in denial of entry to the Festival grounds.
Individuals who break the rules will be removed from the event without a refund for their ticket.
Festival attendees and participants are responsible for their actions in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.
By purchasing tickets, you confirm that you are duly informed and agree to these rules.
